About Mr. Wilson
I grew up in the tiny town (much smaller than New Germany) of North Tay, New Brunswick. My family owns and operates a large dairy farm were I spent much of my time working, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, playing paintball, and hanging out with friends and family. After high school, I decided to attend St. Thomas University in Fredericton. Here I got my Bachelor of Arts with a double major in History and English and a minor in Sociology. Once graduating from S.T.U. in 2005, I attended Memorial University of Newfoundland and Cape Breton University where I got my Bachelor of Education in Social Studies and English in 2006.
Since moving to the South Shore, I have been fortunate enough to be teaching here at New Germany Rural High for my entire teaching career. I love this school and the community. I am glad I have ended up here and hope to be here for many more years. In my spare time I like to spend time with my daughters Clara and Audrey (Clara is on the left and Audrey above) as well as my wife Jessica, traveling, playing video games, coaching and watching soccer (I am a fan of Manchester United, Glasgow Celtic, Munich, and Schalke FC), and spending time with friends and family.
